Heating tower: don't flash the "no fuel" icon when at max temp

TL;DR

When the tower is at its max temp, don't show the no-fuel warning icon. I'm likely using it as a trash burner and not as a heater, so running out of fuel is expected in normal operation.

What?

The warning is always present and isn't meaningful in this situation, where I'm using the heating tower to dispose of spoilage, but I'm not consuming any heat from it:

Why?

So we won't have to look at an irrelevant warning! It shouldn't compromise situations where we ARE using the heat, either, since the instant it goes below max temp, the warning would reappear.

You could be able to change the threshold for how much heat is needed to stop showing the "no fuel" warning.

Or, since trash burning to get rid of wood comes up even in base game, maybe a checkbox to enable or disable the icon for a particular burner entity of any kind entirely?

You mean for a specific machine/furnace/heat tower, right?

I also would like a way to disable the flashing warning. I am using the heating tower as a trash can and really don't want to see the blinky icon.
