Add an option to reduce rocket silo launching sound

TL;DR

The rocket silo launching a rocket is quite loud. Add a sound setting slider to customize it

What?

So, before space age, i understand that launching a rocket was THE goal, so the sound of that is quite important ! Now on SA, after launching 1000th of rockets, i find the sound very loud and covering a lot of ambiant sounds of the factory. Hearing that rumbling dozens of times gets kind of tedious after a while!

Wouldn't it be nice that we could have a slider in the audio settings to reduce the rocket launching sound ?

I know that it's combine with other sounds in "Environment" categorie, but i'd like to be able to reduce rocket silo launching sounds, and not other machines

Why?

I think it helps reduce the auditory fatigue associated with this sound.

So i found the culprit, the "silo-rocket.ogg" in "\data\base\sound"

Tried to hack something with a mod to tweak that, but not really sure how to access the .ogg file definition, not sure if doable in mod maybe ?

Found a "Sound" definition in the API doc, maybe something to do with that ?

Also i haven't found how to make a slider in settings, the doc seems to only handle sliders for "color", not for float/int representation ?

I completely agree.

I "live" next to them, because that is where my yellow logistic chest center is, and kind of the center of my base.
Then again, given how space logistics work, you naturally will have the rocket nearby your center often.

I really feel how it stressed me out and I get annoyed mentally, internally, due to the constant "rrrrRRROAAAARR WWWOOOSH" my 16 rockets do.
