[2.0.39]Yellow inserters cannot pick up items off of the far corner of curving fast transport belts again

I don't know if it's a feature or a bug but I report it here anyway.
I think it should be already changed in 2.0.7 because Wiki says so? But I haven't found this feature in update logs.

I put two fast inserter in the left wooden chest.

What happened?
The right yellow inserter won't pick those fast inserter. (Capacity bonus 2)

What did you expect to happen instead?
Those inserters being picked up by the right yellow inserter.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.

Looks like a duplicate of 118955 Fast inserter struggles to grab items from turbo belts.

While FFF-419 does mention inserters are now quicker to pick stuff up, I don't think it's guaranteed?
