UI Improvement: Recipe on Requestor uses Group

Request groups are a great feature, and when you shift+click an assembler and then paste that onto a requestor chest, it could work as follows:

* Create an anonymous request group whose contents are identical to the recipe of the item
* Set the multiplier of this request group to ensure 30 seconds of production
* The multiplier is capped to what can actually fit in the chest
