[0.11.13] goal description overlaps gui elements

Add a gui element to the top or left. Call setgoaldescription. The "Objective" box overlaps the gui element.
After calling setgoaldescription again with a different text or resizing the window the gui element is moved to its proper position.

First calling setgoaldescription, then adding a gui element works fine.
