[2.0.35] [SA] Construction robot stuck on Aquilo unable to deploy target

Steps to Reproduce

This robot hanged there for more than an hour.
It is clearly missing a segment of concrete but such task was never assigned.

This is still my main playthrough, so quite heavy.

Edit:
Destroying the construction robot via editor scripts (otherwise selection collision of roboport ghost has higher priority, so the robot can't be selected) results in the new robot assigning that incompletable task.

Thanks for the report. Looking into the save file: the roboport is never built because it requires 1 of the tiles below it to be replaced with concrete. This isn't happening because there is no tile ghost for robots to build with.

If I remove the roboport, and shift + click place it back, the tile ghost is placed, and it is built + the roboport is built. So it looks like the underlying issue was addressed at some point.
