To produce: enter /editor, and click an entity to access its recipe and extra settings. Change the extra settings from default. Attempt to apply those same extra settings via: Shift R-click --> Shift L-click, Ctrl+C --> Paste new entity or click over existing entity, Blueprint --> Construct new entity or click over existing entity, and none of them apply the extra settings to the second entity.
What I would expect: I would expect that all properties of an entity are retained on blueprint, such as rotation, recipe, modules. This makes it really difficult to test large constructions that require invincible objects or otherwise special objects, because each must be set by hand.
Thank you and totally understand if this is a Minor/Won't Fix/Not a Bug since this stuff is all peripheral fluff to the main game.
[2.0.35] Entity 'Extra Settings' cannot be transferred to another entity
Re: [2.0.35] Entity 'Extra Settings' cannot be transferred to another entity
I am not considering this to be a bug, maybe they are in a window called "extra settings" but they are not something that constitutes part of entity settings, those are extra fields available under editor that can be used when creating scenarios. Taking an example of entity tag, it is literally impossible to copy entity tag from one entity to another because only one entity can have given tag so if it would be copied, it would be removed from the original entity instead.

As stated, even in Editor mode the Blueprints and Entity-Copy-Pasting (via shift-click) only copies the “Normal” properties.
You want to use the “Clone” tool for this task. In the Editor controller it is the Second Row, Second Button. Good Luck!
