Allow blueprint while adding space platform

When adding a new space platform I'd like the option to select a blueprint with 1 space platform hub in it.

Why
When pasting the blueprint of an existing rocket on a newly launched platform it might not fit in the explored line of sight.
This will result in having to paste it possibly multiple times before everything can get build.
I don't think it should be possible to build inside the unexplored fog of war but
I propose that adding the blueprint and placing it then might be an acceptable trade-off.

I second this, would make building large platform painless, as experiments show, players tend to build them big, copy/pasting the blueprint several times is not an interesting "challenge".
