Quality stats in upgrade planner

Hi there,

I will start by saying that I love the game and will continue by suggesting to add quality stats in the upgrade planner as well, the tooltip for a rare quality module 2 indicates 3.2% value whilst in the upgrade planner tooltip the quality module 2 is not recognized as being rare.
