[SA] Move space platform hub info above its contents

TL;DR

Hub-like entities should have important info displayed before content

What?

Space platform hub and Landing pad should have the following info be displayed before storage and/or filters:

• Storage
• Input hatches
• Output hatches
• (Optionally) Health
• (Optionally) Last user

Why?

Unlike chests which usually contain either single item type, or small amounts of different items, space platform hubs' and landing pads' inventory size is massive - especially if you use quality cargo bays. Thus, more important data becomes basically unreadable even if you both reduce UI size, disable minimap, and remove all map pins (alternatively - make it appear as a floating text). Screenshots below are on 100% UI size on FullHD display.
