[2.0.32] Construction bots deconstructing cargo bays can delete items

What did you do?
Had a fairly full cargo landing pad with many attached cargo bays. Marked all the cargo bays for deconstruction; construction bots hover above each cargo bay as the pad is too full for them to remove any of the cargo bays.

What happened?
When removing enough items from the landing pad for a single cargo bay to be emptied, multiple construction bots deconstructed cargo bays (in a seemingly random pattern from a user perspective). The excess items within were deleted. I noticed hours later that the items weren't moved into the storage chests correctly.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Only one construction bot is able to deconstruct a cargo bay, or have the excess items spill onto the ground.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Happened each time I tried it.

On Fulgora, the cargo bays are marked for deconstruction with construction bots hovering above. Removing a bulk item (eg: all logistic bots) from the landing pad into the player inventory causes the bug to trigger. A good item to pay attention to is the nuclear fuel, as none of those are currently in storage chests within the logistic network, but do exist within the landing pad.
