Wrong count at Inserter

The Inserter thinks there are twice as many items as there are and the circuit shows. See picture. There are only 2 LaserTurrets in the Yellow box.

Without a save file i can only predict that you most likely also have wire connected to a roboport which also provides content of logistic network causing the value on a circuit wire to become twice as much.
