[2.0.32] Slider for max request amount changes min amount

When using the right slider to increase the maximum amount of a logistic request, a small but non-zero minimum amount is set to zero.

Expected behaviour: Using slider to increase maximum amount does not affect minimum amount.

The unexpected behaviour does not occur if the Min value is sufficiently large. I have not figured out the threshold Min value for this not to happen.

Negative example:

Item: Transport belt
Starting values: Min50 / Max50
Use right slider to increase Max
Result: Min0 / Max100
Min value is set to zero.

Positive example:

Starting values: Min75 / Max75
Use right slider to increase Max
Result: Min75 / Max200
Min value is unaffected.

The bug caused tedium when reconfiguring the maximum amount of many logistic requests, that had a small minimum amount.
