[2.0.32] Copy/paste mining drill without module over mining drill with module

What did you do? and What happened?
When you copy/paste mining drill without module over mining drill with module nothing happens. The module is not marked for removal by drones. The same thing happens if you copy and paste a Mining drill (Big mining drill also) with, for example, two modules on top of a drill with three. While copying/pasting Assembling machines allows you to quickly reduce the number of modules.

What did you expect to happen instead?
The same behavior as that of Assembling machines. For example, if I copy an Assembling machine with two speed modules and paste it on top of an Assembling machine with four speed modules, then the two speed modules will be marked for withdrawal and the drones will automatically remove them.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always

Steps to reproduce
Copy a Mining drill with one speed module. Paste it on top of a Mining drill with three speed modules.
OR
Copy a Mining drill without any module. Paste it on top of a Mining drill with three speed modules.

cannot reproduce, it works fine for me in 2.0.32
if it is still happening to you please add save file

the second step:

can reproduce in 2.0.32, it happens to all entities using modules with any modules

Yes, I also can no longer reproduce the bug with the Mining drill and replacing 3 modules with 2 (Everything is working correctly). But replacing any number of modules with 0 does not work.
