[2.0.32] Liquid isn't used when anything is crafted within an Electomagnetic Plant full of liquid

If you produce anything inside an Electormagnetic Plant full of liquid, it won't be used.

1) I placed an Electromagnetic Plant and filled it with the required liquid(s) until it is full. Also, I insert other ingridients to produce a thing.
2) The EP created the thing without using the liquid part of the recipe, and I definitely could use the product elsewhere.
3) I expected the EP to spend some liquid to create the thing.
4) I tried this thing in my playtrough world, with and without the Editor Extentions mod. It always behaves the same way, no matter whether I input ingridients manually or automatically, with or without mods.

This way, I could create a stack of superconductors with no oil used.
