Your screenshots clearly show Elevated Rails is not enabled. Check the box, and it should load. It is necessary to load Space Age.

STILL NOT WORKING

I activated the Rails Mod... but still not working

I'm getting the SAME error

When I deactive ALL mods the game loads... so definitely an issue with the Space Age mods

After, I updated the few mods that needed to be updated... same issue ... GAME NOT LOADING

On the screenshot is says Base mod is 2.0.30, whereas Space age mods are 2.0.28.
It looks like you had 2.0.28 SA installed, then for some reason 2.0.30 base non-SA version of Factorio overwrote it.
I would back up saves+configuration+mods (just to be safe), then verify the files integrity in Steam.

I'm having this exact problem with base game showing as 2.0.37, but Space Age, Quality, and Elevated Rails showing as 2.0.35.
Verified files, stepped version down to 2.0.35, uninstalled completely, but still unable to load up Space Age.

ETA: Was signed into a Steam profile that has the base game but not the DLC. Switching profiles solved it.
