Allow "Rail Support Foundations" to affect ramps

I have a fairly dense setup on a couple of small Fulgora scrap islands, where the train station just barely fits with a ramp going into the island. To compensate for this, I built a small rail network with a double-headed train (even though I rarely do that), assuming that later down the line the "Rail Support Foundations" tech would "save" me by allowing me to build a ramp out of that island as well, at which point I would redesign things a little so that it's more of a "traditional" two-lane setup like I'm used to.

Obviously it's my fault for assuming this, but it would be ideal if this tech would allow folks to build rail ramps on top of the oil oceans as well as supports. The rail supports "feel" like an extension to rail supports anyway, so it feels a little bad that they don't get any easier to interact with as part of Fulgora. Naturally I can wait for real foundations, but that's a bit far in the tech tree for me right now.

Anywho, just a suggestion! Couldn't find anyone suggest this elsewhere, so figured I would post it.

This is totally reasonable to me. The two structures visually look like they work the same, so they should both benefit from this research!

Rail ramps can (mostly) be placed on deep oil ocean after researching rail support foundations.

This part of the rail ramp must be on solid ground. so long as this 4x4 square of tiles is on an island, the rail ramp will place fine.
