Edit: nvm, error on my part.
TL;DR is it possible to make a central storage planet?
I'm making modules in fulgora because it's great to make them there. I want to ship them to Nauvis, which I want to act as a central pickup/dropoff hub. So I have a Fulgora<->Nauvis ship dumping modules, which the landing pad there drops into a provider chest.
Enter my Vulcanus<->Nauvis ship. It wants some of those modules on Nauvis. It requests the modules, which immediately drop back down to nauvis. Doh. Sadly while the landing pad acts like a requester chest, the platform acts as both types of chests.
This wouldn't happen if space platform requests always had priority to landing pads and it checked if there was a request first. Is there a way to configure this or am I stuck using some workaround?
The easy way for me to fix this is to have my space platforms run a circuit between planets or hit up every planet separetely before returning. And pickup/dropoff what they need based on the planet productions. But I would like Nauvis instead to be a central point if I can so my platforms only need to visit one planet.

Re: Space platform priorities
If a platform is requesting something from a planet, it won't drop the stuff down to the same planet. Even if that request is for zero amount.
However, it will drop stuff partially down, if that request has a maximum set and the amount in the hub exceeds it.
Could you post pictures of requests, or savefile?

Re: Space platform priorities
I'll try again later today when I get back to nauvis. If what you say is the case I might've mixed something up and it was just dropping things I was manually putting in the rocket, but I will double check.
Edit: yeah nvm, things are working as intended, must have mixed something up.

Re: Space platform priorities
Sounds like you got it resolved, but also note that you can uncheck "unload" when you visit a planet, so that your platform won't drop anything, even if requested.
