Since the update Radars have been removed but for a satelite you need them.
So now i can't ''complete'' the game/

Radars are now unlocked via a technology.
Do you have it in the tech tree?

No i stil don't see them and the electric miners are also gone btw

Neither radar nor miner have been removed and there are no gameplay differences between the switch and other versions. Either there is something wrong with your save file or you are misunderstanding the mechanic.
