Let's start with mine.
I had a mall setup with read-ingredient assembler and trash-unrequested set-request blue chest. I've been upcycling capture bots with it and later a spawner went rogue. I found that I overused bioflux and it starved. So I thought OK, I can connect the blue chest to a roboport and only enable it if I had enough bioflux.
The moment I connected them, all my bots went crazy and I realized that the setup made the blue chest literally request everything I had. In my haste, I undid the change.
The bots proceeded to scatter the mess in that blue chest all over my yellow chests.
Eventually, I ended up with a small stack of legendary spoilage that I didn't know what it was. And a bunch of yellow chests eaten by hatched biters. I ended up stationing a legendary spidertron filled with PLDs and rockets over my chest area in case there were more eggs buried under the mess.
The biggest mess you've made?
Re: The biggest mess you've made?
this sounds like an epic disaster turned into a fantastic story! Hats off for the creative spidertron defense strategy—because nothing says 'clean-up crew' like a rocket-wielding robot.
