My Game crashes. I started it after 1-2 Years. I tried to update the Mods and then this. I uninstalled all the Mods and also reinstalled the Game on Steam. I dont know what else to do?

Verify the installation through steam, if it still crashes post the complete log file of a session with the issue, see 52433.
