[2.0.23] desync

Hi,

just placed the rails on fulgora (northern branch) when desync happened. I was the only player on the server at this point. It didn't happen again when reconnecting.

Based on the description and version this desync happened (2.0.23) i am going to mark this as a duplicate of 123181 as the fix was released in 2.0.24.
