[Raiguard][2.0.21] Steam Deck , Mod Manager interface out of screen

the Mod manager interface in the steam deck rendered oddly.
I have no Idea if this is a space age thing, or my steam deck thing, I touched it today and found the mod manager all weird.

My interface setting at 100%

Going to update and activating update all will re render the UI, but now I can not scroll

other info:
- canceling or finishing update all will return the UI to it glitched/stretched out shape
- canceling update all will disable the "update all" button until some item get unchecked/checked before it activate

update: you can reproduce this issue in a windows machine by setting the game to windowed and resize the window to smaller sizes. you can even resize it live while in the mod screen to see how the UI react to various sizes.

update 2: a quick work around in the steam deck is to set the UI scale to 75%, the text is too small for comfort though.
