[2.0.28] Techs without descriptions

While this was posted somewhere outside of bug reports, I think its bug report worthy.

Most of those have flavor text (description) like Automation Science.
"Allows research of basic automation methods."

Such line is missing for following techs:
Steam Power
Electric Mining Drill
Advanced Combinators
Biochamber
Toolbet Equipment
Fish Breeding
Epic Quality,
Personal Battery MK3
Legendary Quality.

Some infinite researches also don't have description:
Steel plate productivity,
Low Density Structure productivity,
Plastic bar productivity,
Rocket fuel productivity,
Scrap recycling productivity,
Processing unit productivity,
Rocket part productivity.

Most other things in the game doesn't have a description either. It's often unnecessary, and I guess Wube doesn't want to waste time writing them, and translating them all, and making sure the descriptions are still correct everytime they make a change to something.

Well 204 other techs (Space Age DLC) had description.
So if 95% of techs had it, then why not 100%?

They probably just forgot, and have better things to do at the moment than fix it.
(It would be nice if there was a separate category for bug reports for 'Not technically a bug but would be nice if it was fixed"; I certainly can't image why they would actually want those tech's to not have descriptions).

Descriptions are optional and a technology not having one is not a bug.
