Consider this blueprint
A constant combinator with a negative signal of water, going into a pump set to "set filter".
Current behaviour: filter is set to water.
Expected behaviour: no filter is set. Maybe even a blacklisted filter so no fluid can go through, since the signal is <= 0.
Current behaviour is different than what we expect from inserters and loaders.
