[Rseding91] [2.0.25] Favorites in public game hides games in local network

If you enable showing only favorited servers in a public game and then go to the LAN game menu, local games will be hidden. There is no filter option for favorites in this menu, but it continues to work. I couldn't immediately figure out why my LAN game wasn't displayed.
