[2.0.23] Spoiled items in cargo landing pad still register as original item

Items, such as green science that have been kept in a cargo landing pad and subsequently spoiled still register as green science as far as the cargo landing pad/logistics network is concerned and in my case further green science was not delivered to the landing pad to replenish the spoiled items.

v2.0.24 should autotrash spoilage, see 123629 Spoilage (should be) auto trashed from a rocket silo when different item is requested.

I checked with 2.0.25 requesting Bioflux and Agricultural science pack in a Cargo landing pad.
When they spoil, spoilage is kept in the pad (pad's Trash unrequested is disabled, no inserters taking it out), but the request is honored and new batch arrives from the platform above.

Is there enough free space in the pad, or has the spoilage filled it all, preventing the science to come down?
