[StrangePan][2.0.7] Spidertrons disappearing

While moving spidertrons with the remote they disapperar when using the select button (left-click) on nothing (see attachment).

Thanks for the report. I think your spidertrons were killed but didn't create the destroyed entity alert.

I got a closer look at it. I don't think it's supposed to die that quick. It should have 3 Mk 2 shields.

Indeed, I also believe the spidertrons just died. The blue corpse can be spotted briefly in the video, and I suspect the red corpse is perfectly situated underneath the enemy spawner corpse so that it's very difficult to see in the video.

However, the deaths are not reported because the spidertrons are probably killing themselves with their own rockets. That also explains why they are dying incredibly fast. It seems that rockets are dealing friendly fire to spidertrons. (Edit: this is the true bug)

This issue should be fixed in the next release. Thanks again for the report!

Edit: to clarify, the issue that is fixed is that Spidertrons are taking TOO MUCH damage from the explosive rockets they are firing. They will continue to take some self-inflicted damage, but the damage has been vastly reduced. Still, it may be wise to mix in some stacks of non-explosive rockets into your Spidertrons.

Are there any plans to further reduce the friendly damage spiders inflict on each other? Or was it an intentional change? In 1.1, spiders did not take near as much friendly splash damage as they do now, or any at all in my recollection, even with explosive rockets equipped (although nukes did friendly damage).
