[2.0.25] Quality science packs always show 100% and don't provide bonus

I just started getting into quality science packs. I've noticed that no matter what the quality, it always shows 100%, and appears to drain just as fast as non-quality packs. When watching the tooltips inside a biolab, quality packs drain down to 0% then reset back to 100%. These legendary packs (screenshot) should say 400%, should reset back to 400% inside the labs, and should last 4x longer than a non-quality pack. None of these are observed to be true currently in 2.0.25

Seems I need to update. Will do so and verify corrected behavior.

This isn't just a duplicate, it's a duplicate of a fixed issue!

... sometimes it looks like agriculture quality packs drain faster than non-quality packs. Strange.

Because Agricultural science packs also have spoiling and they drain slower if less spoiled. Quality packs should drain slower than non-quality packs if they are spoiled by the same amount. You can try this with /editor mode (I recommend a separate save game here) by pausing the game, putting a legendary quality agricultural science pack in a lab and a normal quality one in a different lab, then moving forward tick by tick until you see the lights in one of the labs go out. The one with the normal quality agricultural science pack should go out first. Note that spoilage still takes effect for both science packs, but as they are both spoiled the same amount at any one tick, this is irrelevant to the experiment in question.
