Require Action Triggered Research Only on the First Playthrough

I've given it two months, and I still find the research triggers based on actions to be quite frustrating and artificial. While they're great for the first playthrough, they quickly become tedious on subsequent runs. I’d suggest implementing a system similar to the action bar: once a research action is triggered, it gets saved and carried over to future playthroughs. This would make the experience much smoother for players who replay the game.

So the one thing that feels a bit sketchy about this to me is going to sound very specific, but, in Space Age you'd be able to use heating towers before actually going to Gleba. I think this is the only trigger technology that isn't gated for actual use by its native planet, but the general design principle - techs that require visiting a certain planet to unlock are now unlocked on replay just by researching that planet - seems like a can of worms because it's a different balance decision that most such technologies are craftable and/or usable only on or with resources from that planet.
