Is there a way to get the game in PC once you get it on Switch?

Hi, I just beat the game in Switch. Awesome game! However, I'm hungry for more and willing to get the Space Age expansion, which unfortunately is not going to get to Switch. Therefore if I want to play it, I'd have to buy the game again but for a different platform, plus then the expansion, which makes the inversion to play Space Age too much imo.

Is there some sort of "exchange of platforms" or "discount" so I can play in the PC (actually Mac) without having to buy the base game again?

You would indeed have to buy both, the base game and the expansion again.
