[2.0.23] Crash when cutting power using Power Switch

Not much else to be set, I cut power from a bunch of EM plants using a power switch. The game crashed on that click. Log file is attached.

Thanks for the report. That looks to be a duplicate of 122282 that was already fixed in 2.0.25.
