[2.0.21] Lightning Rod Graphic clips into rail ramp

Hi Factorio-Team,
the tip of a lightning rod clips through the railing of a rail ramp, see attached image.



Steps to reproduce:
1. Place Lightning Rod
2. Exactly one tile above the lightning rod, place a rail ramp, so that the lightning rod is on the same x-tile as the third tile of the lower side of the rail ramp (as seen in the image)
3. The tip of lightning rod clips through the railing of a rail ramp
