[2.0.23] Some alt icon are incompletely seen through the rocket

As you can see at the top of the rocket the rocket fuel icon is partially occluded, we can also see the inserters yellow indicators, not sure about those but the alt icon of the rocket fuel clearly has a display glitch.

This is the alt icon on a passive provider chest but I'm guessing other entities could have the same issue.
