Have quality seeds grow quality plants

i think currently it is impossible to make quality trees from the modmaking side so that would be another option to add modding compatibility for all the mentioned and make the modders figure out the balencing/type of harvesting products

One (simple?) solution would be that quality seeds just have a much higher chance of yielding quality fruit. A legendary seed could be treated as having a 25% quality bonus for eg and so on down to normal.

Rewarding but not breaking.
