I know this was discussed back in 1.1.
But with 2.0 now factorio uses title of info boxes for showing exact numbers on some occasions.
Like the combinator input/outputs
I think constant combinator details and blueprint edit window needs this enhancement as well.

+1 for a simple improvement with no downsides.
I'm not at home to check, but would it also apply to tooltips in the logistic contents panel?

A huge +1 to this.
It's totally fine that the number needs to be abbreviated on the icons, but hovering over it with the cursor should always produce a tooltip that shows the exact number.

Yes please!
I've been having to add decider combinators just to get the exact value, or decode a blueprint to json and ctrl-f.
The quickbar and slots in assembling machines can also get shortened too.
It would maybe work as well with chests if you hover over a stack, it can show you the total number in the chest? Same with the players inventory.
