I do own the base game. But... I lost access to an email account I had for 15 years, and may or may not have been using a *ahem* legitimate copy since then.
Very happy to throw some money at you, just want to check that buying Space Age comes with the all you can belt buffet?
Is owning the base game requisite to buying the DLC?
Re: Is owning the base game requisite to buying the DLC?
The expansion requires owning the base game.
Re: Is owning the base game requisite to buying the DLC?
Okay, thanks for the answer.
Still not CLEAR from the purchase page (Wube, you might wanna clarify that?) but yeah it does make more sense looking again, for that to be the case.
I figure 1AUD/h is fair value when calculating entertainment purchases. 0.1AUD/h would be exceptional value. I think I owe Wube another purchase of the base game

You get way more than 1AUD/h out of this. I wish this game would stop me from playing it.

Regardless it's still usable as a source of information.antstar wrote: Wed Dec 11, 2024 12:14 amI don't use Steam. Why would anyone?jaylawl wrote: Tue Dec 10, 2024 10:50 pmLooks pretty clear on Steamantstar wrote: Tue Dec 10, 2024 2:56 pmOkay, thanks for the answer.

I have nothing against GOG. Nonetheless, I just bought it through the factorio webpage - which I think sent me to humble, as is their prerogative. If a game's website offers to sell me their game, I'm not about to go looking for info on third party websites. I looked at the downloads page, looked at the forum, and asked and got my answer. Now time for some more cracktorio. See you when 3.0 comes out, I guess
