[2.0.19] Progress bar increases in thickness from Connecting to Downloading

The progress bar increases in thickness when switching from "Connecting" phase to "Downloading map" phase.

Expected behaviour: Thickness of all types of progess bars used in game preparation phases (catching up, loading, saving, etc.) remain consistent and identical to thickness used in machine progress bar.
