[2.0.23] "Automatic requests from space platforms" doesn't block manual insertion using "drop item" button

I had a rocket silo with "automatic requests from space platforms" ticked. This blocks manually inserting items into the rocket inventory. I hovered my mouse over the rocket silo, held an item in my hand, and pressed (Z). This ignored the manual insertion restriction, allowing me to manually fill the rocket when it is not intended. This happened in my main save, but this also happened in a test world with nothing but the silo and a brand new platform. The rocket will automatically launch if the items inserted match the requests of a platform in orbit above the planet the silo is placed on, the same way it would if the items were delivered by logistics bot.
