Here is the sorter I use on my main island. There must be a better way to create stacked belts off the recycler, but I just sideload them into splitters which unfortunately doesn't stack them I guess.

A compact self-balancing main recycling station for Fulgora with support for quality.

A 6:4 upgrade to Nilauses 2:2 belt version.

Includes a dashboard for each quality of each item.

For best results, bring in trains of quality scrap. 2 wagons will easily keep this satisfied.
Features

Sorts 6 belts of scrap/items into ~4 belts of materials

12 Buffer chests for each item, 2 per quality, with 4 for normal quality

Overflow handling + recycling into base materials. Handles 6 belts of overflow. This will probably never be utilized..

Dashboard to visualize fill ratio of the chests for each quality, though you can customize this how you want.

Input and Output balanced

The blueprint is too long to post, but you can put this on factorioprints to get the BP. /view/-ODcmeRnRRf3-TTVOZ0c

Probably not a good idea to use stack inserters anyway. They'd wind up grabbing an odd item like a rare holmium ore and then wait for more to make the stack. But, you could make a stacking line between the recyclers and sorter. The output of the recyclers wouldn't be restricted, but I'm afraid the whole thing would be slower. I would just avoid stack inserters until after the sorting is done.

You can paste your BP into a txt file and attach it in the forum.
