Space Platform - allow filtering the list from "auto select missing construction materials"

When building a space platform, it's very convenient to be able to request missing "bulk" items like foundation and belts. But for high-value or difficult to construct items like quality asteroid collectors, it's often worth manually sending up just what's needed. Unfortunately, auto-select requests are an "all or nothing" affair - you get a request for everything, or you have to do everything manually.

It would be really useful to be able to toggle items in the auto-select request, only requesting some of the items.

I second this; without it I consider the option "Auto request missing construction materials" practically useless. It's not just saving on expensive components, but also avoiding lots of rocket launches when one or two will easily deliver all the requested items.

My suggestion for how it'd work:

• Add an option "Request precise amounts" beneath "Automatic requests from space platforms" in the rocket silo dialogue. When selected, it does exactly that (or else just making it the default behaviour would be fine with me, but maybe others like the current behaviour).
• Make the rocket launch only when the next item to be delivered to the rocket silo won't fit. (This will not lead to optimal bin packing, but it's simple and works when items arrive to the rocket silo in a random order.)
• If the requests don't fill the rocket then leave it to be launched manually.
