Error when starting the game

Please help me with the problem. When starting it displays an error. I am attaching the file. Already reinstalled the game, Steam, deleted mods, blueprint. Nothing helps (

Try deleting C:\Windows\USB Vibration\7906\EZFRD64.DLL.
