This is a relatively minor visual bug, but I believe it is unintended behavior.
What did I do: Opened map view on the planet I am on, then clicked on another planet through the space map when alerts flashed on. Note that this seems to be replicable regardless of the surfaces you jump between.
What happened: The alerts from the surface I am swapping from persist on the map of the newly shown surface, and seem to persist at the same x/y coordinates as they were at on the origin planet.
What do I expect to happen: I expect alert icons to be visually cleared before the new surface appears
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes: I believe this always happens when swapping between 2 map view surfaces, but the timing is a bit tight to get it to show up.
I don't have an image to attach since the bug only appears for as long as the alert signals are shown for, but on request can take a video and attach it to show the bug if it would be helpful

Re: [Klonan] [2.0.15] Alerts can persist between surfaces
I was consistently noticing this, but then I restarted the game, and can't reproduce it.
Strange. It only shows up for a split second so not too much of a bug, but someone may see such an alert and not realise it was from another planet and then end up looking for the problem in the wrong place.
