[2.0.23] Remote view moving while Research queue open

Steps to reproduce:
1. have remote view open
2. press "t" during the same frame as you press left mouse button to look around the remote view and keep holding the mouse button down
3. if done correctly you should be able to move the remote view around while the research queue is open
