The train is halted in the station, the other inserters are working.
The inserters are not disabled, otherwise it would be "Disabled by control behavior".
There are no quality items or filtered slots in the wagon, otherwise it would be "Waiting for source items", waiting for items that fit the empty slots.
It is waiting for a train but a train is in the station. Removing the curved rail / moving it back to where there are no inserters fixes it.
No mods are used that should be interfering with this, only cosmetic mods such as:
- Vibrant train colors
- Color whole train
- Fluid wagon color mask
