[2.0.21] Issue Loading Save - Error "Invalid index 28 for Direction"

[2.0.21] Issue Loading Save - Error "Invalid index 28 for Direction"

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue when trying to load my save in Factorio (version 2.0.21). The following error appears:
Invalid index 28 for Direction.

I’ve tried a few things to fix it, but the issue persists. Here are some additional details:

Game version: 2.0.21
System specs: PC Windows without particular problem
I’ve attached my save file for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
