[2.0.20] No taskbar icon for Factorio with steam

Not sure if this is factorio's fault or mine,
but the taskbar item for the Steam version doesn't show up (regardless of if I start the game from steam or from the .exe directly):

The version you can download from the website however does have an icon:

Thanks! So it is my fault somehow, I wonder what's causing it...

If anyone else has this issue, I managed to fix it by locating factorio.exe in file explorer, right-clicking it, then "show more options", and finally "unpin from taskbar". This fixed the icon, and I was free to re-pin it to the taskbar.
For some reason unpinning it via right-clicking the icon on the taskbar itself, did not fix the icon.

I have no idea what caused the issue in the first place though.
