Factorio 2.0 seems to take a long time to load

1. I launched the game through the steam launcher
2. Game is loading for 3 minutes before actually starting. I might be miss remembering, but 1.1 took much less time to load even with a lot of mods
3. Game loading in around minute or less
4. Only happens after the first boot, later boots take around 20 seconds

If you're on the Beta version, with versions being released each week, this setting won't help a lot because the sprites, etc, need to be recreated after each update.
