[2.0.23] Save uses too much memory

I'm a Chinese gamer and I'm using a translation tool, so I may not be able to explain it very well.
I'm using about 100+ mods.
Yesterday it was working fine, but today I don't know what problem happened, the game suddenly became laggy. After checking, I found that the memory was 15GB extra after loading the game save.
Then I cancelled all mods except the official base, still not normal.
Then I loaded the archive and cleaned the inventory by myself, deleted all entities, still the same situation.
The save with the problem is provided over here, please verify.
