[2.0.21] Circuit signals w/ same color don't merge / aren't recognized

Post by fcteng »

What did you do?
I set circuit conditions to dispatch trains when there are not enough ingredients.
I send molten iron/copper signals to train to get it running but the signals don't fire the trigger.

What happened?
When the train runs, I checked my electrical pole on Vulcanus
I discovered that somehow there are two separate molten iron icons as in the attached image. The molten iron icon with "2" doesn't fire the train and the other one(w/ 1) fires the train.

(For some reason, the screenshot is not getting uploaded properly and idk if this is only me. Please let me know)

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I am supposed to have molten iron icon with 3 and the train should start

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
The molten iron signal from one station always works but those from some don't work. So it is pretty regular

I figured out what's wrong.

There are two molten copper/molten iron signal. One from "Intermediate product" and one from "fluid product".
This is extremely confusing

Yes, they absolutely need to change that, it's caused othees issues too (and while there at it, fix the 'copper wire' signal)

Oh yes... The 'copper wire' signals have the same problem.
